Membership is open to the public with the payment of the membership dues and purchase of the minimum annual shares within a calendar year period.

Quarterly reports are sent to all members with an update on new acquisitions, new members, general information, etc.

There is an Annual General Meeting on the last Saturday of February of every year. Notices are sent to members with an Agenda solicited from members.

Members get an official certificate for shares bought before the next Annual general Meeting after that year has ended.

Additional information will be provided upon written request to the President by mail or e-mail. Shareholder inquiries regarding change of address, stock transfer, dividends, or multiple copies of mailed material should be requested by mail or e-mail.
